Job Description

Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – 13-Week Contract
Location: Calhoun, GA

Connected Health Care, a top recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for an exciting opportunity with one of our trusted healthcare partners in Calhoun, Georgia. This is a 13-week travel assignment with excellent pay, benefits, and support!

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and evaluate patients to create personalized therapy plans

  • Implement treatment programs using exercises, manual therapy, and modalities

  • Track patient progress and modify care plans as needed

  • Educate patients and families on at-home therapy and prevention

  • Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members

  • Maintain detailed and accurate patient documentation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (PT)

  • Active Physical Therapist license in Georgia (or ability to quickly obtain)

  • Current BLS Certification

  • New grads and experienced travelers welcome!

  • Strong communication and patient care skills
