Travel Physical Therapist – Fairburn, Georgia
 

Connected Health Care, a top recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a dedicated Travel Physical Therapist to join one of our trusted healthcare partners in Fairburn, Georgia. This is a 9-week contract assignment with competitive pay, housing assistance, and an incredible opportunity to explore a new community.

Position Overview:
As a Travel Physical Therapist in Fairburn, you will work with a dynamic healthcare team, providing high-quality patient care in a supportive environment. This is an excellent opportunity for PT professionals looking to make an impact while enjoying the benefits of travel assignments.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Administer physical therapy treatments, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities

  • Track patient progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary

  • Educate patients and their families on exercises and home treatment programs

  • Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with facility protocols

  • Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care

  • Ensure adherence to all safety and treatment protocols

Education and Certification Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

  • Active Physical Therapist license in Georgia (or ability to obtain)

  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required

  • Previous travel experience preferred but not required

  • Excellent communication and patient care skills
