Local Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Lexington, SC
13-Week Contract | Up to $2,130/Week 

Connected Health Care is seeking a motivated Local Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week contract assignment with one of our leading healthcare partners in Lexington, South Carolina. This opportunity offers excellent compensation and the chance to work in a well-respected clinical setting with a collaborative and experienced team.

Job Description:

  • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized care plans

  • Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve strength, mobility, and function

  • Educate patients and families on treatment protocols and home exercise plans

  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes

  • Maintain detailed documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes

  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinical environment

Education & Certification Requirements:

  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution

  • Active South Carolina PT license (or ability to obtain)

  • Current BLS certification

  • Prior experience in a clinical or rehab setting is preferred

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
