Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a Local Travel Physical Therapist to join a premier healthcare facility in Nashville, Tennessee. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced PT looking for a short-term contract with competitive pay and career growth potential.

Job Description:

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with mobility impairments and physical limitations.

• Provide therapeutic interventions to enhance movement, relieve pain, and restore function.

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

• Educate patients and families on at-home exercises and recovery strategies.

• Maintain accurate patient documentation and adjust care plans as needed.

• Adhere to facility protocols and state regulations to ensure quality care.

Schedule:

• 13-week contract with potential for extension.

• Full-time schedule (specific shift details depend on facility needs).

Education & Certification Requirements:

• Doctorate (DPT) or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

• Active Tennessee Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain).

• BLS certification required (American Heart Association preferred).

• Minimum one year of recent PT experience in a clinical setting preferred.
