Local Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Oswego, SC
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Weekly Compensation: Up to $2,130 (Based on Experience)
Connected Health Care, a trusted recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a compassionate and driven Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week local travel contract with a valued healthcare partner in Oswego, South Carolina. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled PT looking to make a difference in patient outcomes while working in a supportive, team-based environment.
Job Description:

Evaluate patients to determine appropriate physical therapy treatment plans

Develop and implement individualized treatment programs to improve mobility, strength, and function

Work closely with physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists to coordinate care

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed

Educate patients and their families on exercises and lifestyle changes for optimal recovery

Document all treatments and patient progress in compliance with facility policies and regulations

Maintain a safe and organized therapy environment
Education & Certification Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

Active South Carolina Physical Therapist license – Required

BLS certification – Required (American Heart Association preferred)

Minimum of 1 year of clinical physical therapy experience preferred

Strong communication and patient education skills
