13-Week Contract | Weekly Pay Up to $2,160 DOE
Connected Health Care is seeking a dedicated and experienced Local Travel Physical Therapist (PT) to join our partner facility in Atlanta, Georgia. This is a rewarding opportunity for a Physical Therapist who is passionate about patient care and looking for flexibility through local travel work.
Job Description:

Evaluate and assess patients to develop individualized treatment plans

Deliver physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, function, and quality of life

Monitor patient progress, modify treatment plans, and document care appropriately

Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and home programs

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

Ensure compliance with state guidelines and professional best practices
Education & Certification Requirements:

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program

Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Georgia (or eligibility to obtain)

Current BLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross)

Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical experience preferred
