Job Description:

• Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with mobility impairments and physical conditions.

• Provide therapeutic interventions to restore movement, alleviate pain, and improve overall function.

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation techniques and at-home exercises.

• Maintain accurate patient records and adjust treatment plans based on progress.

• Ensure compliance with facility policies, safety regulations, and state guidelines.

Schedule:

• 13-week contract with potential for extension.

• Full-time schedule (specific shift details depend on facility needs).

Education & Certification Requirements:

• Doctorate (DPT) or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

• Active Ohio Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain).

• BLS certification required (American Heart Association preferred).

• Minimum one year of recent PT experience in a clinical setting preferred.
