Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Cincinnati, OH
13-Week Contract | Weekly Pay Up to $2,160 DOE

Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is currently seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week contract assignment in Cincinnati, Ohio. This is a prime opportunity to work with a well-respected healthcare provider while exploring one of the most vibrant and culturally rich cities in the Midwest.

Job Description:

  • Evaluate patients to determine functional levels and identify impairments

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and coordination

  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals

  • Provide patient and family education on therapeutic techniques and at-home care

  • Document patient progress and adjust care plans as needed

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and facility protocols

  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

  • Active and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state of Ohio (or eligible to obtain)

  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification

  • Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical experience preferred

  • Excellent communication, assessment, and clinical skills

  • Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and patient populations
