Local Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Dunwoody, GA
Contract: 13 Weeks | Weekly Pay: Up to $2,160 DOE

Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week local travel assignment with one of our respected healthcare partners in Dunwoody, Georgia. This is an exciting opportunity for a Physical Therapist looking to gain experience, earn competitive compensation, and make a difference in a supportive and professional environment.

Position Overview:
As a Local Travel PT, you’ll work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality rehabilitative care, help patients regain independence, and support functional movement and mobility.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans

  • Administer manual therapy, exercise programs, and therapeutic modalities

  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to optimize patient outcomes

  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly

  • Educate patients and families on treatment goals, home exercises, and recovery expectations

  • Document all treatments and maintain accurate records in EMR systems

  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and professional standards

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT preferred)

  • Current and valid Georgia PT license (or ability to obtain prior to start)

  • CPR certification

  • Previous inpatient or outpatient experience preferred

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Must reside within driving distance of Dunwoody, GA
