Travel Physical Therapist – Days - Matthews, NC
13-Week Contract | Up to $2,160/Week Based on Experience

Connected Health Care is seeking an experienced Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment with one of our trusted healthcare partners in  Matthews, NC. Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients to improve mobility, relieve pain, and restore function

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on physician’s orders and patient needs

• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and therapy goals

• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide holistic care

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and professional practice standards

Education & Certification Requirements:

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of North Carolina (or compact eligible)

• Current CPR certification (AHA or equivalent)

• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
