Job Description:

Assess, diagnose, and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with mobility and physical impairments.

Provide therapeutic interventions to restore function, reduce pain, and prevent disability.

Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Educate patients and families on at-home exercises and long-term recovery strategies.
-
Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Ensure compliance with all facility policies and state regulations.
Schedule:

13-week contract with potential for extension.

Full-time schedule (specific shift details depend on facility needs).
Education & Certification Requirements:

Doctorate (DPT) or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Active Georgia Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain).
-
BLS certification required (American Heart Association preferred).
-
Minimum one year of recent PT experience in a clinical setting preferred.
