Job Description:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with mobility and physical impairments.

• Provide therapeutic interventions to restore function, reduce pain, and prevent disability.

• Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Educate patients and families on at-home exercises and long-term recovery strategies.

• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Ensure compliance with all facility policies and state regulations.

Schedule:

• 13-week contract with potential for extension.

• Full-time schedule (specific shift details depend on facility needs).

Education & Certification Requirements:

• Doctorate (DPT) or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

• Active Georgia Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain).

• BLS certification required (American Heart Association preferred).

• Minimum one year of recent PT experience in a clinical setting preferred.
