Local Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Germantown, TN
13-Week Contract | Weekly Pay up to $2,250 DOE

Connected Health Care is seeking an experienced and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) for a local travel contract opportunity in Germantown, Tennessee. Our client, a leading healthcare provider in the region, is looking for a dedicated PT who is passionate about improving patient mobility and function. Job Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients’ physical abilities and design individualized therapy plans

  • Provide hands-on treatment and guide therapeutic exercises

  • Monitor and document patient progress using EMR systems

  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other care providers to deliver quality outcomes

  • Educate patients and families on continued home care and injury prevention

  • Adjust treatment plans based on patient response and progression

  • Maintain compliance with federal and state PT practice guidelines

Education & Certification Requirements:

  • Doctorate or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

  • Current and active Tennessee Physical Therapist License

  • APTA membership preferred, but not required

  • Current BLS Certification

  • 1+ years of clinical experience preferred, new grads considered
