Travel Physical Therapist – 13-Week Contract - Springfield, OR
Compensation: Up to $2,250/week (based on experience)
Connected Health Care is seeking a skilled and passionate Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract assignment with one of our respected healthcare partners in Springfield, OR. This opportunity is perfect for a PT professional looking to gain experience in a new setting while enjoying the natural beauty and vibrant lifestyle Oregon has to offer.
Job Description:

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans

Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility and function

Monitor patient progress and adjust plans as needed

Educate patients and families on recovery techniques and home exercise programs

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care

Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility standards and state regulations
Education & Certification Requirements:

Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
-
Current and active Oregon Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain prior to start)

Current BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
-
Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred (new grads with strong clinical rotations are welcome to apply)

Prior travel or contract experience is a plus
