Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - Dahlonega, GA
13-Week Contract | Weekly Pay Up to $2,280 DOE

Connected Health Care, a premier recruitment and staffing firm, is currently seeking an experienced Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a rewarding 13-week assignment in the scenic and historic town of Dahlonega, Georgia. This opportunity is perfect for a passionate therapist looking to make a meaningful impact while exploring one of North Georgia's most charming destinations.

Job Description:

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to restore function and mobility

  • Administer therapeutic techniques such as exercise, manual therapy, and modalities

  • Track and document patient progress and outcomes

  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare team members

  • Provide patient and family education on recovery and home exercise programs

  • Maintain compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations

Education & Certification Requirements:

  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution

  • Active Georgia Physical Therapist license (or eligible to obtain)

  • BLS/CPR certification required

  • Minimum of 1 year of PT experience preferred

  • Excellent communication, assessment, and documentation skills
