Job Requirements
  • Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
  • Certifications Requirements:
    • Possession of a valid Georgia PT license.
    • Current BLS certification.
    • CPR certification (if different from BLS).
  • Experience Requirements:
    • Minimum of 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience.
    • Experience working with general ortho patient populations preferred.
    • Prior outpatient clinic setting experience is advantageous.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Reliable transportation within 50 miles of the facility for local candidates.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide outpatient physical therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with general orthopedic conditions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated care and ensure positive patient outcomes.
  • Document patient progress, treatment modifications, and clinical notes accurately in the EMR system.
  • Maintain safety and infection control standards, including compliance with Covid/Flu protocols.
  • Educate patients and their families on post-treatment exercises and injury prevention strategies.
