Job Title: Travel Physical Therapist - Medford, WI

Job Description:

• Deliver comprehensive physical therapy services to outpatient clients
• Perform evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to improve patient outcomes
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation exercises, injury prevention, and self-care techniques
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations
• Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and best practices in physical therapy

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Wisconsin or eligibility for licensure
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Excellent clinical skills, communication abilities, and a patient-focused approach
