Job Title: Travel Physical Therapist - Medford, WI

Job Description:

• Provide physical therapy services to patients with a variety of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to develop personalized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to enhance patient mobility and function
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation techniques, injury prevention, and self-care strategies
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
• Maintain accurate patient records and document progress and treatment outcomes
• Adhere to all applicable regulations, policies, and best practices in physical therapy

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Wisconsin or eligibility for licensure
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Strong clinical skills, communication abilities, and a patient-centered approach
