Job Description:

• Provide exceptional physical therapy services to patients in a home health setting.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient assessments and goals.
• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and progress assessments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care outcomes.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Valid Physical Therapy license in New Mexico.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience, with home health experience preferred.

Contract Details:

• Weekly Compensation: Up to $2,600 based on experience
