Job Description: As a Local Travel Physical Therapist, your role will involve evaluating and treating patients to help them achieve optimal physical health. Key responsibilities include:
- Performing comprehensive patient evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans
- Implementing therapeutic exercises and modalities to enhance patient mobility and function
- Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Educating patients and their families on effective rehabilitation techniques and home exercise programs
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and high-quality care
- Maintaining detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with professional standards
Education & Certification Requirements:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy (MPT) from an accredited program
- Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Idaho
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
- In-depth knowledge of physical therapy techniques, patient assessment, and care planning
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
