Job Description
Connected Health Care, a premier recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a Local Travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a client in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Job Description:
- Provide exceptional physical therapy services to patients in a home health setting.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient assessments and goals.
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations and progress assessments.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care outcomes.
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and home care techniques.
Education and Certification Requirements:
- Valid Physical Therapy license in New Mexico.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience, with home health experience preferred.
Contract Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Weekly Compensation: Up to $3,200 based on experience
