Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a passionate Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for an exciting 13-week assignment in Eugene, Oregon. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience, make a positive impact in patients’ lives, and explore one of the most scenic regions in the Pacific Northwest.
Job Type: Travel Contract
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Compensation: Up to $2,250 per week (based on experience)
Job Description:
As a Travel Physical Therapist, you will play a key role in helping patients recover mobility, manage pain, and improve their quality of life. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans for patients with physical impairments or functional limitations
- Implement effective therapy techniques to improve strength, balance, coordination, and mobility
- Educate patients and families on at-home exercise programs and preventive care
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for optimal patient outcomes
- Ensure all therapy practices align with facility policies and state regulations
Education and Certification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current and valid Oregon Physical Therapy License (or eligibility to obtain)
- Current BLS Certification required
- Prior clinical experience preferred (new grads encouraged to apply!)
