- Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution
- Certifications Requirements: Valid PT license in Oregon, CPR certification, and state-specific licensure as required
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience, preferably with general outpatient populations
- Other Requirements: Ability to work 8-5 shifts, excellent communication skills, and the capability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

- Implement therapeutic interventions and modalities to improve patient mobility, strength, and function.
- Document patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly, ensuring compliance with facility protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care and optimal outcomes.
