Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Weekly Compensation: Up to $2,250 (based on experience)

Job Description
- Evaluate and treat patients with physical impairments, disabilities, or limitations to improve mobility and quality of life
- Develop individualized care plans based on patient goals and functional abilities
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, exercises, and recovery processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress and treatments
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility standards
Education and Certification Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current and active Oregon Physical Therapy License (or eligibility to obtain)
- BLS Certification through the American Heart Association (required)
- Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical experience preferred
