- Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- Certifications Requirements: Current Tennessee state PT license, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, CPR certification
- Experience Requirements: At least 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience, familiarity with orthopedic patient care, ability to work independently
- Other Requirements: Strong communication skills, ability to adapt to fast-paced environments, basic electronic documentation skills
