Job Requirements
  • Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or higher from an accredited institution
  • Certifications Requirements: Valid Delaware Physical Therapist License
    CPR Certification
    Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
  • Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience
    Experience working in hospital settings
    Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
  • Other Requirements: Ability to work day shifts from 8 AM to 5 PM
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    Ability to float between clinics within Milford and Lewes, DE

Job Responsibilities
  • Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for outpatient orthopedic patients
  • Document patient progress and modify therapy approaches as needed
  • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient care
  • Maintain accurate and timely records within the EMR system
  • Provide patient education on injury prevention and at-home exercises
