Job Requirements
  • Education Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Certifications Requirements: Valid state PT license, BLS certification, CPR certification
  • Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience
  • Other Requirements: Ability to work 40 hours/week, excellent communication skills, ability to travel between clinics as needed

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population, including general orthopedic cases.
  • Assess patient needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and modify therapy programs as necessary to optimize recovery.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate, timely records in compliance with facility policies and EMR protocols.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Travel between clinics in Milford, DE or Lewes, DE as required, ensuring consistent patient care across locations.
