Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Travel Physical Therapist to join one of our trusted healthcare partners in Mableton, Georgia. Job Description:
As a Travel Physical Therapist, you’ll work with patients to restore function, improve mobility, and enhance overall wellness. You’ll evaluate conditions, design treatment plans, and guide patients through exercises and therapies that support recovery and quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, plan, and administer physical therapy treatments for patients of all ages
- Create individualized care plans to improve movement and manage pain
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, safety, and long-term health strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care and patient progress
- Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other therapy professionals
- Ensure compliance with state and facility policies and procedures
Education and Certification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Georgia Physical Therapist (PT) license or eligibility for licensure
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- New graduates and first-time travelers are encouraged to apply
