- Provide outpatient orthopedic physical therapy services to diverse patient populations, assessing needs and developing individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with clinic staff and physicians to ensure optimal patient care and progress monitoring.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR system, adhering to facility policies and licensing standards.
- Execute patient education on injury prevention, posture, and home exercise programs to promote ongoing wellness.
- Assist in managing patient caseload, ensuring productivity expectations of 60 visits/week and up to 14 patients/day are met, including follow-up visits and potential double-booking when appropriate.
