- Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- Certifications Requirements: Valid Georgia state licensure as a Physical Therapist, APTA membership, CPR certification
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience, familiarity with orthopedic patient care, experience working with diverse patient populations
- Other Requirements: Ability to pass background check and drug screen, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Provide outpatient orthopedic physical therapy assessments and treatments to a diverse patient population
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans
- Execute patient education sessions on injury prevention and recovery protocols
