Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of conditions requiring physical therapy.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
- Valid California state Physical Therapy license.
- CPR certification.
- Previous experience required.
