- Education Requirements: Bachelor’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Certifications Requirements: Valid Colorado State Physical Therapist license; CPR certification; Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Experience Requirements: At least 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience; previous experience with active and younger patient populations preferred; familiarity with outpatient ortho care
- Other Requirements: Ability to work 40 hours per week; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to float between clinics; strong organizational skills
