- Education Requirements: Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or equivalent)
- Certifications Requirements:
- Valid Colorado State Physical Therapist License
- CPR/BLS Certification
- COVID-19 and Flu Vaccination Certificates
- Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience
- Experience working with post-op and athletic patient populations
- Familiarity with outpatient documentation and productivity standards
- Other Requirements:
- Ability to work days from 8 am to 5 pm
- Willingness to float to other clinics as needed
- Strong communication and organizational skills
