- Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent from an accredited program
- Certifications Requirements: Valid Tennessee State Physical Therapy License; BLS certification; CPR certification
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience; experience with pelvic and orthopedic treatment preferred; previous travel therapy experience is a plus
- Other Requirements: Ability to treat pelvic and orthopedic patients fully; strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team
