- Education Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Certifications Requirements: State licensure as a Physical Therapist; CPR certification; BLS certification (preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience; experience working with orthopedic cases; familiarity with EMR systems
- Other Requirements: Ability to work days with standard 8-5 hours; excellent communication skills; ability to float between clinics (none required); physically able to perform necessary tasks; compassionate patient care approach
