Travel Physical Therapist – Lacey, WA
13-Week Contract | Up to $2,280/Week (Based on Experience)
Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is currently seeking a passionate and experienced Travel Physical Therapist for a valued client in Lacey, Washington. If you’re looking for an exciting opportunity to make a difference while exploring one of the Pacific Northwest’s most charming cities, this is the position for you.
Job Description:
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient/inpatient/rehab setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients regain mobility and manage pain
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals
- Educate patients and families on continued home exercise programs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and facility policies
Education and Certification Requirements:
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Washington Physical Therapist License (or eligibility to obtain)
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- Previous clinical experience preferred but not mandatory
