Travel/Contract Physical Therapist - Up to $2400/WK!
Lacey, Washington - 13.0 weeks

Job Requirements
- Education Requirements: Valid Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Certifications Requirements: Current Washington State Physical Therapist license; CPR certification; AHA or BLS certification.
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of outpatient Physical Therapy experience; experience working with general outpatient ortho patient population preferred; familiarity with productivity expectations of 60 visits per week.
- Other Requirements: Ability to work 8-5 shift, including days; strong clinical skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to float to other clinics as needed; reliable transportation; ability to work up to 40 hours per week; flexibility to work up to 14 patients per day and manage double-booking of follow-up visits.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services to general ortho patients, adhering to treatment plans and clinic protocols.
- Assess patient needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and modify interventions based on patient progress and feedback.
- Document patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment updates accurately within the EMR system.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members and other providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain patient safety, enforce clinical protocols, and participate in ongoing education or training as required.
