Travel Physical Therapist – Tumwater, Washington
13-Week Contract | Up to $2,400 Weekly (Based on Experience)
Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking an experienced and motivated Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week contract opportunity in Tumwater, Washington. Position Overview:
As a Travel Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to restore mobility, improve strength, and enhance overall function. You’ll collaborate with a skilled interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional rehabilitative care and ensure each patient reaches their highest level of independence.
Job Responsibilities:
• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients with physical impairments or disabilities
• Develop and monitor patient progress toward functional goals
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
• Educate patients and their families on therapy techniques and home exercise programs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility standards
• Contribute to a supportive, patient-centered care environment
Education & Certification Requirements:
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Washington State Physical Therapist License (or eligibility to obtain)
• Current BLS Certification required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Prior travel experience preferred but not required
