Job Requirements
  • Education Requirements: Must possess a Bachelor's or higher degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
  • Certifications Requirements: Valid Georgia PT License; BLS certification; CPR certification
  • Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience in a clinical setting; experience working with general ortho patient populations preferred; familiarity with productivity benchmarks and patient documentation standards
  • Other Requirements: Ability to work independently, excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, capable of working 40 hours per week, flexible schedule within the 8-5 shift, and must be able to travel as needed

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide outpatient physical therapy services to general ortho patients in accordance with facility protocols
  • Assess patient conditions, develop and implement therapeutic treatment plans aligned with patient needs and facility standards
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment outcomes, and session notes in the electronic medical record (EMR) system
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care and ensure treatment continuity
  • Adhere to all clinical, safety, and compliance policies during the delivery of therapy services
