Position Overview:
Connected Health Care is seeking a highly skilled Local Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Fargo, ND. Job Description:
As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with a variety of physical conditions. Your role will include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments to evaluate the physical condition and needs of each patient
  • Developing personalized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and overall function
  • Administering therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to treat physical conditions
  • Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed
  • Educating patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and wellness practices
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and nurses, to provide comprehensive care
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations
  • Ensuring that all treatments and interventions meet professional standards and patient goals

Education and Certification Requirements:

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
  • Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of North Dakota
  • Previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
  • CPR and First Aid certification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team
  • A compassionate approach to patient care, with a focus on achieving optimal outcomes
