Job Description
Travel Physical Therapist – Dallas, OR
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Compensation: Up to $2,250 per week (based on experience)
Connected Health Care is seeking an experienced and motivated Travel Physical Therapist to join a respected healthcare facility in Dallas, Oregon. This is a fantastic 13-week contract opportunity for PTs looking to grow professionally while earning competitive pay and experiencing the charm of Oregon’s Willamette Valley.
Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, plan, and implement physical therapy treatment programs for patients of varying ages and conditions
- Restore, maintain, and promote overall fitness, mobility, and wellness
- Provide post-operative rehabilitation, chronic condition management, and injury recovery therapy
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercises, and long-term health strategies
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with facility standards
- Adapt treatment approaches to meet individualized patient needs and goals
Education & Certification Requirements:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s in Physical Therapy – required
- Current Oregon state PT license – required
- AHA BLS Certification – required
- Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical PT experience – preferred
- Strong communication and patient-care skills – required
