Compensation: Up to $1,680 per week (based on experience)
 

Connected Health Care is seeking a skilled and motivated Local Travel Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a 13-week contract in Rome, GA. If you're passionate about providing top-quality patient care while enjoying the flexibility of travel assignments, this opportunity is perfect for you!

Job Description:

• Assist Physical Therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients

• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and mobility training

• Educate patients and families on proper techniques and rehabilitation strategies

• Maintain accurate patient records and document progress

• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient recovery

• Ensure compliance with state and federal therapy regulations

• Adapt therapy techniques to meet individual patient needs

Education & Certification Requirements:

• Associate’s degree in Physical Therapy Assisting from an accredited program

• Active PTA license in Georgia (or eligibility for licensure)

• CPR/BLS certification required

• Prior clinical experience preferred but not required
