Assist Physical Therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients recovering from injuries or surgeries

Provide hands-on therapy to improve mobility, strength, and overall function

Educate patients and families on exercises and techniques to enhance recovery

Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatments as needed

Ensure compliance with therapy protocols and patient safety guidelines

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
Qualifications & Requirements

Active Alabama PTA license (or eligibility to obtain)

Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
-
BLS certification required
-
Minimum of 1 year of PTA experience in a clinical setting

Strong communication and patient-care skills

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
