Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Weekly Compensation: Up to $1,740 (Based on Experience)

Connected Health Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a local travel assignment in Molalla, Oregon. Job Description:

• Provide physical therapy services under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist

• Implement treatment plans designed to restore function, prevent disability, and improve mobility

• Document patient progress and responses to treatment in accordance with facility and professional standards

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care

• Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques for continued care at home

• Assist with therapy evaluations and adjustments to care plans

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program

• Current Oregon PTA license (or eligibility to obtain)

• CPR Certification (American Heart Association preferred)

• Prior experience in a clinical or rehab setting preferred, but not required
