Job Requirements
  • Education Requirements: Valid PTA license from an accredited institution
  • Certifications Requirements: CPR certification, BLS certification, Therapist license renewal documentation
  • Experience Requirements: Minimum 1 year of outpatient therapy experience, experience with ortho cases preferred, previous travel therapy experience is a plus
  • Other Requirements: Ability to work days, strong communication skills, flexibility to float to other clinics as needed

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide outpatient therapy services to patients with orthopedic and general outpatient needs, following treatment plans and protocols.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring optimal recovery outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment updates in the EMR system.
  • Execute patient assessments, administer therapeutic interventions, and modify treatments based on patient response.
  • Participate in clinic meetings, provide education to patients and families, and adhere to all facility policies and standards.
