Local Travel Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Atlanta, GA
13-Week Contract | Weekly Pay Up to $1,560 DOE
Connected Health Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Local Travel Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a contract opportunity with one of our trusted partners in Atlanta, Georgia. This is a great opportunity for PTAs looking to gain experience, enjoy the flexibility of travel work, and contribute to quality patient care within a collaborative rehab team.
Job Description:

Assist the Physical Therapist in implementing treatment plans for patients recovering from injury, illness, or surgery
-
Provide therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patient mobility and function
-
Document patient progress accurately and update care plans as needed
-
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safe movement techniques
-
Collaborate with other rehab professionals and clinical team members
-
Maintain compliance with facility policies and state regulations
Education & Certification Requirements:

Associate’s Degree from an accredited PTA program
-
Current Georgia PTA license (or ability to obtain before start)
-
BLS certification (AHA or ARC required)

Recent clinical experience in an outpatient, inpatient, or rehab setting preferred
