Job Requirements
  • Education Requirements: Valid Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
  • Certifications Requirements: CPR certification, BLS certification, and Covid/Flu vaccination
  • Experience Requirements: Minimum 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience, previous travel therapy experience preferred, strong patient care skills
  • Other Requirements: Ability to work 8-hour days, excellent communication skills, flexible attitude, willingness to float within clinics if needed

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide outpatient physical therapy services to general orthopedic and routine patient populations, ensuring best practices and adherence to facility protocols.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, monitoring progress and adjusting therapies as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in electronic medical records (EMR).
  • Execute patient assessments, including initial evaluations and ongoing progress evaluations, to inform treatment strategies.
  • Support clinic operations by participating in team meetings, adhering to scheduling, and ensuring high-quality patient care delivery.
