Job Requirements
  • Education Requirements: Successful completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
  • Certifications Requirements: PTA license; CPR certification; BLS certification
  • Experience Requirements: At least 1 year of outpatient therapy experience; prior work in orthopedic settings preferred; experience with pediatric or general patient populations is a plus
  • Other Requirements: Ability to work 40 hours per week; flexibility to float to other clinics if needed; excellent communication skills; strong organizational skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population, including orthopedic and general cases
  • Assess patient needs, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the clinical team
  • Document patient progress, treatment activities, and outcomes accurately in the EMR system
  • Maintain compliance with facility policies, licensing requirements, and safety standards
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare team members to optimize patient care and achieve treatment goals
