- Education Requirements: Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assisting or equivalent from an accredited program
- Certifications Requirements: PTA license, CPR certification, and Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of outpatient orthopedic experience
- Other Requirements: Ability to work 8-hour days, strong communication skills, flexibility to float to other clinics, and the ability to handle a productivity standard of 60 visits per week

Job Responsibilities
- Assess and implement appropriate treatment plans for outpatient orthopedic patients to improve mobility and function
- Provide hands-on physiotherapy assistance, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed
- Collaborate with supervising therapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient treatments and progress in compliance with clinic policies
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and injury prevention strategies
