Local Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Tucumcari, NM
13-Week Contract | Weekly Compensation Up to $2,700 DOE
Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) for a local travel assignment in Tucumcari, New Mexico. This is a great opportunity to provide impactful patient care in a supportive environment while enjoying the flexibility and experience of a travel role close to home.
Job Responsibilities:

Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility and function

Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions to restore strength, balance, and range of motion

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapy teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as necessary

Provide education to patients and families regarding at-home care and therapy exercises

Maintain accurate documentation and comply with facility policies and state regulations
Education & Certification Requirements:

Doctorate or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Active New Mexico Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain prior to start)

Current BLS certification from AHA or equivalent
-
1+ year of experience preferred, but strong new graduates encouraged to apply
